Print the submission form, then sign and date it! Be sure to complete all sections accurately as this helps expedite the grading process! Ensure all cards are placed in protective gear (such as top loaders, semi-rigid holders, or mag holders). Securely pack all cards in a box along with your submission form and send it to the address provided!
